Just wanted to let you know that the Official Lyric Video for Things Change will be coming out on Friday, October 31, at 9:00 a.m. EST! Yes, I know it's Halloween, and typically releasing music on any holiday is a bad idea (if your goal is to get views). But I have decided that it is time to turn the tables on what is typically done, and bring about some CHANGE on a day that is typically flooded with negative imagery: If I want to be a bringer of Light in this world, why not start on a day that needs the most Light? Maybe you can help me in this goal…
This beautiful video was made by a friend of mine (Matt Crosson) that serves with a group called Share the Stories. Their mission is to capture the stories of missionaries and local leaders from all over the world through video to bring attention to what God is doing through them. Matt is originally from the Nashville area, and is also a talented songwriter and mentor (you can check out his IG page HERE), but a few years ago he felt the call to relocate his family for the cause of this mission, and I am so grateful to call him a friend! You will notice a few scenes in the video where Matt was able to include actual footage from his travels, and these bring me so much joy because they reflect TRUE change happening all around the world through Jesus! That is something worth celebrating!
