So big news! I have a song that I co-wrote that has been released by another group called Unleash Worship, and it features my cowriter, Michaela Halfast, on the vocals. Michaela, Kathy Tschida, and I wrote this song at the last Writing Worship Conference about a year ago in Franklin, TN, and it is based on the Beatitudes. It is a heart cry to God to make us more like Jesus; the one who perfectly embodied each of the beatitudes.

It is such a beautiful thing to hear a song that you wrote be carried by others, and I hope the future brings more opportunities like this! Just one more month until I return to Franklin for this year's writing conference, so I cannot wait to see what new songs are born!
