Fundraiser Update and a smaller project...

Hey Friends!  Just wanted to update you on a couple of things…

First off, thank you so much, all of you who have already donated to “Things Change!” As of today, we have raised $3,273 towards our goal!! 🙌 This has allowed me to officially begin work on the project with Robby Valderrama and his team at Spring Hill Studios (Nashville), and I can't wait to update you as the project starts to come together!  We still need another $727 to be able to finish paying the production costs, and then another $3,000-$4,000 for marketing, so if you were on the fence, it is not too late to contribute!  Check out the link here for more info:

In other news, I just uploaded my next release to my distributor, and I am excited to announce that “For My Good” will be releasing on all major platforms on June 27, 2025!  This is a song that I wrote with Joe Cuyar, Linda A. Brady, and Terri McPherson at a Songwriting Retreat in Greenville, SC.  I have wanted to grow my skills as a producer, and over the past year I have been taking online courses and learning as much as possible in this area.  I thought this song would be the perfect vehicle to practice my skills, as the theme is about waiting and trusting God through the messy process of life (and it has taken me a whole year of messy to get it to where it is now).  Production is HARD, y'all!  I am so thankful for dear friends helping me along the way, and encouraging me to keep at it.  I am also even more grateful for the opportunity to work with professional producers on my next two projects! 😉

Thank you soooo much for all your prayers, and for telling your friends about the “Things Change” project!  Each time a donation comes in, or a friend tells me how they have been praying for the project, or someone tells me how powerfully they believe the song will affect people, I am humbled and in awe of what God is doing through this process!  None of this would be possible without the Body of Christ!

Ephesians 3:20-21 keeps ringing in my ears, which says, “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”  And I believe it with my whole heart…
