So much has happened since my last post! While I didn't make it past the first round in the You, God's Music Competition, God has been faithful in providing me so many other opportunities recently! I met up with some local worship leaders in our area to learn about opportunities to collaborate through Worship and Songwriting (which I am looking forward to next month), and even got invited to lead worship at the King's Hill House of Prayer in Nashville! It was an amazing experience, and the photo above is a beautiful map they have on the wall to guide them as they pray for the nations. You can check out their mission here:
Speaking of the nations, God has a lot of travel on the horizon for us! I am excited to announce that I will be singing some of my original songs at the Writer's Round Knoxville on August 12, and will also be doing some guest-worship leading at area churches near me. In late September I will be sharing my music during the fellowship hour at Calvary Episcopal Church in Batavia, Illinois, an I have another opportunity to lead at the King's Hill House of Prayer in October, before attending my third Writing Worship Conference. I will be spending some time in the studio with my good friend, Christa Lee Leffers (https://christalee.ca) in VANCOUVER, CANADA, and am excited to meet up with lots of other friends I have made through Red's Room, Kingdom Music Academy, and Writing Worship as we travel out West and back again. If you have a church, camp, coffee house, or other venue that would love to host us along our route, don't hesitate to reach out!
